We met at 10:30 last night, and he was so nice and kind. He wanted to talk to me about his “odd” friend and decline any responsibility for his absurd and arrogant behaviour. He looks very sweet, and he has charm. He is a real gentleman, and it comes naturally from him, unlike his friend, who must be strongly concentrated to appear nice. But the biggest surprise was about the New York trip. He told me Mario was not going anymore because he would prefer to stay in Rome, probably because I was not going. I thought Anneka had never told me anything about her not going to the States anymore, so I asked Flavio if she was going with him. He jumped from his chair! He doesn’t like her and doesn’t ask me why, but I feel he hates her. I do not love her either; honestly, I think I am very attracted to her. The biggest surprise was not about Mario not going but about Flavio inviting me to go with him. I asked him why he had sent me flowers, and he told me that he felt I was a great person and didn’t want me to end up in Mario’s collection. Funny enough, these two guys were meant to be best friends, but it sounds like they really cannot stand each other! Frankly, I told him I didn’t feel like saying yes, especially with the home-hunting process that is going slow. He offered his place. He has a spare bedroom, and he never has guests, so I could stay there at his place and pay nothing, as money is not an issue for him. I have to admit that I do like the idea of moving in with Flavio, even because this will piss Mario off, and I can keep pissing a full bunch of people off for various reasons. Anneka for trying to go to sleep with Mario, Mario for being such an arrogant bastard like the man that used to abuse me and Romano, who has been revealed to be a real bastard!

Flavio, I will think about it. By the end of this week, I will give him an answer for both New York and the apartment.

Jesus, what a mess!
